Pricing Structure

A 30-minute virtual meeting that allows the consultant to meet with a potential client to answer introductory questions and basic needs analysis to determine if the relationship would be beneficial to both entities.  

Outcome: Referral elsewhere or Scheduling of an Introductory Meeting 

An one-hour meeting designed for the consultant to meet with the client to discuss more specific needs and what specific services would be needed.  

Outcome: Recommendation of Services

Two to four hour session(s) that provides the consultant the opportunity to gather more in-depth information to provide the quoted services. This may be divided into smaller sessions to accommodate clients’ needs. Meetings will occur with the most pertinent members of a staff. 

Outcome: 

• Estimated quote for services
• Accepted quoted will result in a contract
• Services will begin after a signed contract

Fee ranges on the service, consultant, and level of expertise required for project.

Adequate preparation time will be built into quote.

Deposit must be paid prior to the start of services. Arrangement of remaining amount will be outlined in the contract.
